Shadowmatch defines attitude as the way we approach our environment in order to interact with it in a personal and meaningful way. It distinguishes the habit of getting involved and participating as apposed to an approach of disengaging, uninvolved behaviour. It also distinguishes whether an individual has an aggressive and/or non-aggressive approach towards the world and people they work and live with. These different approaches are being displayed in a circular graph with four quadrants indicating the relative prominence of the specific behavioural attitudes.
