All the Shadowmatch Personal Development Programmes (PDP’s) are interactive and outcomes based.  These PDP’s require an individual to actively engage with the development programme in order to successfully grow in the behavioural focus area of the PDP.

Shadowmatch requires of the individual embarking on a Personal Development Programme to choose a mentor that would guide him/her through the development process.  It is the task of the mentor to guide, support and assist the individual in successfully achieving all the required outcomes.

All the PDP’s are six to twelve months in duration.  It is a Shadowmatch requirement to finish one PDP before embarking on the next one.  Once the PDP has been completed successfully, the system issues a certificate of completion of which one copy are to be handed to the developee and one copy should be placed in the personal file for record keeping purposes.
